SHIPPING RATES

Our standard shipping rate options:

20aed Standard Shipping on UAE orders. 30aed for Abu Dhabi in temperate regulated delivery method.

standard shipping

Rest of the world shipping AED 150

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse.
Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed after 2pm GST Monday through Thursday will begin processing
the following day.

Orders placed after noon GST Friday and on the weekend will begin
processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major
holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for, it is sent to
our warehouse for processing. As this is a third-party service provider, we
are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel orders.

from Dubai, UAE

Customs and Duties

As the countries of the world have different rules and regulations, any
customs duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the
customer purchasing. We thank you for your understanding.

Undelivered Items

For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our
control (e.g., address changes, inability to receive the order, and other
causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs
and an AED 50 admin/processing fee. In some cases, we also need to charge a
return shipping fee. These charges are AED 50 for domestic and AED 150 for
international shipping. In cases where the order needs to be sent again, we
also charge an AED 50 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the
order. Thanks for understanding the complicated world of shipping and the
