Saturday night just got a serious upgrade.
On the 26th of September we're taking over Rejuven8 for an evening built around heat, cold and connection, no phones required. Expect guided sauna and cold plunge rounds with Lindsey from Thrive, a DJ setting the tone all night, mushroom elixirs paired to each step of the journey, and a room full of like-minded people doing Saturday night differently. We're capping it at 14, so this one's intimate by design.
5:45pm | Arrival & Change
Come in, get changed, get settled. Bring your sauna attire (swim shorts for the men, costumes for the women), we'll sort you with towels and sauna hats. Leave your phone at the door and bring an open mind. That's really all you need.
6:00 - 7:30pm | Guided Sauna & Cold Plunge with Lindsey
Ninety minutes of guided contrast therapy with Lindsey from Thrive leading every round. Heat, cold, breath, (dance) mingle, repeat. This is an active sauna experience, not a passive one, so come ready to be led somewhere.
Throughout | Mushroom Elixirs & The DJ
A mushroom elixir paired with each stage of the journey, and a DJ carrying the whole night from first sauna round to final cup of tea. No two rounds sound (or feel) the same.
Closing | Calming Tea
We bring it home slow. Settle in, sip something calming, and let the conversations that started on the bench keep going.

20aed Standard Shipping on UAE orders. 30aed for Abu Dhabi in temperate regulated delivery method.

Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse.
Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed after 2pm GST Monday through Thursday will begin processing
the following day.
Orders placed after noon GST Friday and on the weekend will begin
processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major
holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.
Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for, it is sent to
our warehouse for processing. As this is a third-party service provider, we
are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel orders.

Customs and Duties
As the countries of the world have different rules and regulations, any
customs duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the
customer purchasing. We thank you for your understanding.
Undelivered Items
For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our
control (e.g., address changes, inability to receive the order, and other
causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs
and an AED 50 admin/processing fee. In some cases, we also need to charge a
return shipping fee. These charges are AED 50 for domestic and AED 150 for
international shipping. In cases where the order needs to be sent again, we
also charge an AED 50 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the
order. Thanks for understanding the complicated world of shipping and the
cost of doing business within it.
