Cordyceps Organic Extract Powder

So far I’ve been taking Cordyceps for 4 days, and I can feel faster recovery after my training plus my HRV has improved.
I teach 5-7 yoga classes a day (one day off), and between I’m adding my training as a preparation for the Mount Everest Base camp.
I’ll definitely continue taking this supplement for another month.
